What photo should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and eyes are easy to see. Front-facing photos usually work best.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. This includes artwork preparation, production, quality inspection, and shipping.
What happens if my photo is unclear?
We will contact you and request a clearer replacement before production.
Is every portrait personalized?
Yes. Each canvas is created from the pet photo and name submitted with the order.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us with photos of the issue and we will arrange a free replacement for eligible damaged or misprinted orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once personalized artwork or production has started.
